What is HireArya?

HireArya is your AI front desk receptionist. She answers calls 24/7, handles common questions, and transfers to your team when a human touch is needed.

Who is it for?

Any business that receives calls: restaurants, clinics, salons, stores, service companies, contractors, freelancers, and more.

Will callers know it's AI?

Only if you want them to. Arya sounds naturally human, with pauses and breaths. Most callers assume they are speaking to a new receptionist.

Job Performance

What questions can it answer?

Hours, pricing, services, location, reservations, and other common questions. You can add your own Q&A.

Who creates the answers?

You provide the business info. Arya generates answers based on it, and you can edit her script anytime.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

Two options: (1) politely transfers to a team member, (2) collects contact info for a callback.

Where can calls be forwarded?

To your phone, a staff member, or any number based on your rules.

Payroll & Overtime

How are minutes counted?

By talk time. Included minutes are used during the billing month.

What if I run out of minutes?

Arya automatically works overtime. You simply pay the standard overtime rate for extra minutes. Your phone lines never go down.

Do purchased minutes expire?

No. Purchased minutes roll over to the next month.

Security

Is my data safe?

Yes. We store only what's required to run the service. You can update data or disable anytime.

How do I recover my password?

Via email + verified phone. Enter email, receive a code by SMS/call, set a new password.

Technical

How long does setup take?

Usually 5–10 minutes. Answer a few questions and Arya is ready for her first shift.

Which languages are supported?

English, Spanish, and Russian. Callers can choose their preferred language during the call.

How do customers call HireArya? Is there a widget?

Yes. HireArya provides a website call widget with a call button. Customers click the button and start a call instantly. You can also use a dedicated phone number.
